Event Package Inclusives
Included in the chosen catering package price is food as decided on between you and your Event Coordinator, lemonade, iced tea, coffee and water. Banquet tables, ceremony and reception chairs, flat ware, glassware, china and linens; your choice of black, white or ivory, are included in the ceremony fee of $350.00. Additional linen colors are available at a charge of $5.00 per linen and $0.20 per napkin for specialty colors.
Deposits and Billing Schedule
Your deposit of $200.00 will be due along with the signed Event Services Agreement in order to reserve the date of your event. The deposit will be applied to your final event total and is non-refundable. The estimated final balance is due at least three (3) business days prior to the event.
Food and Beverage Service
Per Colorado State law, liquor may not be brought onto property from outdoor sources. Additionally, Murphy Creek Tavern does not allow outside food to be brought onto the property. Wedding and specialty cakes from contracted vendors are permitted.
Food and Beverage Guarantee
Final confirmation “guarantee” of your number of guests is required by 12:00 PM, seven (7) days prior to your banquet function. Once set, this guarantee may not be reduced. Murphy Creek will make an allowance to provide seating up the three percent (3%) above the final guarantee. The Client shall be charged for the final number guarantee, or the number of person actually attending the event, whichever is greater.
Vender Policy
Murphy Creek Tavern is not responsible for any items brought on property by an outside vendor.
Delivery and pick-up times must be approved through your Event Coordinator
Murphy Creek Tavern is NOT responsible for setting up or taking down of items from outside vendors
Additional Event Services
Our staff can assist you in contracting florists, entertainment, personalized cakes, photography, specialty linens, lighting and other décor vendors. It is our pleasure to assist you.
Vendor Services
Any vendor that will be staying throughout the reception usually would like a meal. Please include them in your headcount for your event.
Golf for the Bride and Groom
Murphy Creek Golf Course will be the perfect place to relax before your wedding or event. Please speak with your Event Coordinator if you would like to arrange a tee time. Golf is subject to available tee times.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation of your event for any reason, written notice of the cancellation must be submitted to Murphy Creek Tavern. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Should you choose to cancel the event after the event has been booked your deposit will be forfeited and the following cancellation charges will apply as liquidated damages for such cancellation. The customer may cancel this contract without cause at any time prior to the event based on the following:
